The authorities of the Leningrad region issued a warning to the developer "A101" after a question from a shareholder from Vsevolozhsk, which she asked during a direct line to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced on December 19 by Andrey Semchankov, Chairman of the State Construction Supervision Committee of the region.

"According to the information of the developer A101, the transfer of keys to equity holders for apartments with finishing is scheduled for April — the developer is carrying out finishing work. The apartments without finishing were transferred to the shareholders. The Committee of the State Construction Supervision of the Leningrad Region keeps the situation under control. Warnings have been issued to the developer about the inadmissibility of violating the deadlines for handing over keys," he told TASS.
