Putin promised to discuss the issue of the Usinsk-Naryan-Mar highway with the government.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he would discuss with the Russian government the issue of bringing the Usinsk–Naryan-Mar highway back to normal. He said this on December 19 during the "Results of the Year", which are summed up in a direct line format combined with a press conference.
