Entrepreneurs can choose commercial real estate in Moscow using the city's Investment Portal, said Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.

"Entrepreneurs starting or scaling their business in the capital can choose a commercial space on the Moscow Investment Portal even without leaving their home or office. All the necessary information is available in the card of each lot: photos, documentation, conditions, form of sale and a three—dimensional tour of the object," Kirill Purtov said.

He added that a large business premises is now available for purchase on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Academic district on Krzhizhanovsky Street. According to Purtov, the facility has a free purpose.
