The central bank asked to close the lawsuit against Euroclear

The Moscow Arbitration Court has received a petition from the Central Bank (CB) to consider the case against Euroclear behind closed doors. This was announced on December 19 by the court's press service.

"The Central Bank of Russia has filed a motion to consider the case in a closed court session, further at the discretion of the judge," the statement said.
