The Azov militant was refused compensation for the loss of his hands

A militant from the first corps of the National Guard "Azov" (recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization), who lost both arms in battles in the Kharkiv region, will not receive monetary compensation. This was reported on December 18 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"In the battles in the Kharkiv region, he lost all his limbs and a bank card. <...> To restore the card, the manager told him that he needed to pick up the card and take a picture with it, otherwise there would be no payments," RIA Novosti quoted the security forces as saying.
