Alcohol sales will be restricted in Omsk during the New Year holidays

The sale of alcohol and energy drinks will be restricted in Omsk during the New Year holidays. Such measures are being taken to reduce the risks of offenses and ensure the safety of citizens.

The restrictions will be in effect from December 28 at venues where festive events are held. The sale of alcoholic and energy drinks will be prohibited two hours before the start of the event and for two hours after the end of the event. OmskMedia news agency writes about this.

The ban will also be in effect at the opening of the main city Christmas tree, which will take place on December 28 in the Omsk Fortress. The restrictions will last until January 11.

Earlier it was reported that in the Moscow region, starting from March 1, alcohol sales in public catering will be limited to two hours a day. We are talking about establishments located in apartment buildings and courtyards, with the exception of restaurants. The exception will also be points where the entrances are located from the side of the road at a distance of no more than 30 m from the roadway.
