The business assistant of PSB Katyusha Bank has been recognized as the best in the Russian banking chatbot market for the fourth year in a row according to the results of a study by the Markswebb consulting agency. Katyusha is a leader in the degree of automation of operations and the quality of the conversational interface.

Experts noted that Katyusha is the only business bot in which entrepreneurs can perform full—fledged financial actions without switching to other channels. This reduces errors, reduces the burden on operators, and increases customer trust.

"For several years in a row, PSB Bank has been confirming its leadership in the market of assistants for entrepreneurs, increasing the level of development of Russian fintech and the degree of integration of artificial intelligence into business processes from year to year," said Dmitry Schoenberg, Deputy Director of the Department of Electronic Business of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of PSB. He said that in 2025, Katyusha processed more than 200 thousand requests and helped more than 90 thousand customers.

The chatbot can send payments, issue invoices, make statements, and show account information. Directly in the dialog, users can make transfers between their accounts, pay using QR and photo invoices, as well as make payments using templates. The chatbot also completely covers consulting issues on banking services and business activities.

In 2025, PSB was the first in the market in the SME segment to introduce RAG technology into a business chatbot, which allowed for an eight-fold increase in the resolution of user issues. New options have been added to the text chatbot. In particular, the business assistant was taught how to solve technical issues related to trade acquiring, offer an optimal tariff plan when opening an account, create a content plan for social networks and job descriptions.
