A pensioner died as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, and six more people were injured. This was announced on December 18 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

"A 72‑year-old woman was killed and a 67-year-old man was injured in Novaya Kakhovka. He was hospitalized in the Kakhovskaya CRH," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
