The weather forecaster predicted the return of winter to Moscow by the middle of next week.

Frosts and snowfalls, according to preliminary forecasts, will return to the capital in the middle of the coming week. This was announced on the morning of December 18 by Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center.

"Winter will return by the middle of next week, when the temperature columns will steadily go into the December minus," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
