President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview with Newsmax TV on December 17 that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is a great man in politics.

"A normal person. His human qualities are very good. But there is a wolfhound in politics. He's a great man in politics. <...> He is a strong man," Lukashenko said.
