President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko praised the recently adopted US National Security Strategy, saying that its implementation would make a significant contribution to peace. He stated this on December 18 in an interview with Newsmax TV.
"If it comes true, it will be a gift for the world," Lukashenko said, as quoted by the BelTA news agency.
He noted that this document is "decent."
Lukashenko also stressed that today, US President Donald Trump is making the right decisions, including paying attention not only to foreign policy, but also to the country's internal problems.
"This is accurate and very correct," the head of state concluded.
