In just 11 months of this year, government customers announced more than 2.86 million auctions for a total of 12.72 trillion rubles. The volume of completed purchases increased by 12.2%, and the growth rate was twice as high as in the same period of 2024.

According to analysts, most of the open tenders are aimed at finding contractors in the fields of construction, architecture and real estate. The share of works on the construction of social, residential and infrastructural facilities, reconstruction and design accounted for 45.13%. In second place are purchases in the field of medicine and pharmacology, which accounted for 16.25%. Housing and communal services are in third place — 6.72%.

In addition, according to the data studied, the average initial maximum price of competitive procedures is also growing — in 11 months of 2025 it increased by 14.5% to 4.44 million rubles compared to the same period in 2024.
