The Presnensky District Court of Moscow denied showman and TV presenter Timur Rodriguez a lawsuit against his ex-wife Anna Devochkina, in which he demanded to reduce the amount of alimony. This was reported to Izvestia in court on December 17.

"The claim for changing the terms of the agreement on the payment of alimony, determining the place of residence of the children, the order of communication and upbringing of children was refused," the court clarified.

Before the official divorce, the couple entered into an alimony agreement. In it, Rodriguez pledged to transfer 1.5 million rubles a month for the maintenance of their common minor sons, as well as pay about 500 thousand rubles a month for the maintenance of his ex-wife.

In the statements of claim, Rodriguez demanded to reduce the total amount of payments by three times. At the same time, it is known that the TV presenter continues to see his sons regularly and pays all expenses for their education.

On November 28, the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction reported that the justice of the peace ordered actor Marat Basharov to pay alimony for the maintenance of a child from his third wife. According to the defender of the artist's ex-wife, Nelly Makarova, the couple still have "good relations in the interests of the child" and they will verbally resolve the issue of alimony.
