Almost 17,000 military personnel received official housing in 2025. This was announced on November 17 by Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov during his speech at an expanded meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Defense.

He also said that in 2026, at least 90% of the benefits in demand for participants in a special military operation (SVO) will be provided through "Public Services" or multifunctional centers (MFC). In addition, a system of motivation of military authorities for solving the problems of military personnel will be introduced next year.
