Mining operations have been suspended in the Pervomaisky district of Crimea. They were carried out on agricultural plots.

According to the SevastopolMedia news agency, with reference to the republican prosecutor's office, lands of this category can only be used for agriculture.

The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to ban the use of land plots for other purposes. The supervisory authority is demanding to restore the fertile layer. The court granted the claim.

Earlier it was reported that a criminal case was opened in the Sverdlovsk region on the fact of non-payment of wages. This was preceded by an appeal from 200 shift workers to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin. They stated that they had been blocked at the Volkovskoye field in Nizhny Tagil, as their employer HC Novolex LLC had not paid their salaries for more than two months and had not purchased departure tickets.
