The relocated oppositionists who fled Russia do not have any support in the Russian Federation. This was stated by the chairman of the group in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Julian Bulai, in a conversation with Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus).

According to him, the key role in attracting Russian relocators to replace the official delegation of the Russian Federation was played by the former head of Estonian intelligence, member of the Estonian Reform Party, MP Eric-Niles Cross.

"It was all organized by the former head of the Estonian intelligence service. The entire network was protected," Bulai said in a video of the prank posted on December 17.

In the conversation, he bluntly admitted that the relocants have no real political legitimacy.

"They have no legitimacy. No one supports them inside the country. They are not active politicians. These are people who just ran away from the country. And that's what can create a confusing situation: they're not really speaking on behalf of someone with a lot of legitimacy besides themselves," Bulai said.

According to him, PACE is aware that such figures do not represent the interests of a significant part of society, but they are considered as a convenient tool to strengthen narratives beneficial to Ukraine in the current situation.

On October 14, State Duma deputy, chairman of the Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Vasily Piskarev reported that anti-Russian foreign agents enjoy the support of representatives of the European Parliament (EP) and PACE, involving relocators in activities against the Russian Federation. In his opinion, members of the organization of the Anti-War Committee of Russia (AKR, recognized as an undesirable organization in the territory of the Russian Federation), in particular the former head of the Yukos company Mikhail Khodorkovsky (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation), openly support Ukraine and call for the overthrow of power in Russia. He is sure that the members of the committee are supported in the EP and PACE so that defectors recruit more migrants to the anti-Russian network.

American Senator from the Democratic Party Elissa Slotkin, in a conversation with pranksters Vovan and Lexus, said that ordinary US citizens are more interested in news from the lives of celebrities like the Kardashian family than issues of geopolitics and settlement in Ukraine. According to the senator, for ordinary Americans, domestic economic problems always remain a priority over foreign policy challenges. As Slotkin noted, US citizens perceive the economy, but they will never perceive the situation in Ukraine.
