NYT has learned about the plans of the United States and the European Union to increase the Ukrainian army to 800,000 soldiers

The United States and the European Union (EU) have developed a plan to deploy European military personnel in Ukraine after the end of hostilities, as well as to increase the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to 800 thousand people.
