The Moscow government has approved plans for the construction of an educational complex and a public and business facility with a total area of about 33,000 square meters in the north of the capital. This was announced on Tuesday, December 16, on the website of the Moscow City Hall.

The corresponding decree was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The projects will be implemented through private investments within the framework of the city's program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities. So, in the Voykovsky district on Admiral Makarov Street, it is planned to build an educational complex for 1,075 places, and in the Zapadnoye Degunino district in Ilmensky Proezd, the construction of a public and business facility with parking area of 15.4 thousand square meters. m. In total, the projects will create about a thousand jobs, Moscow 24 notes.

It is also explained that the incentive program for job creation was approved by the Moscow government in 2019 and is aimed at attracting housing developers to create industrial, business, social and cultural facilities, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
