Arctic Exploration Park-Museum to appear in Krasnoyarsk

A park-museum of Arctic exploration will be built in Krasnoyarsk. This became known following the results of the XVII Congress of the Russian Geographical Society and the meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the federal government to prepare ideas for a proposal to create a museum by February 1.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the cultural facility should be located on Molokov Island.

Earlier it was reported that on December 15, the national center "Russia" opened in Krasnoyarsk. This branch should become the main leisure and educational hub of the region.
