DOM.RF became a participant in the WINDOW conservation program until 2045

DOM.RF has become one of the participants in the program "Preservation of Cultural Heritage sites of the peoples of the Russian Federation" for the period 2025-2045. Among the main objectives of the program, in which the company participates, is the restoration and return to the economy of the regions of 1,000 facilities by 2030.

The corresponding program was approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. In addition to preserving cultural heritage sites, the program provides for the reduction of excessive administrative barriers in this area, as well as the training of qualified specialists. In addition, among the goals of the program, which will be implemented with the participation of DOM.RF — creation of tools for attracting and supporting investors throughout the entire cycle of work with architectural monuments, providing online monitoring of the restoration of facilities.

"THE HOUSE.The Russian Federation is developing mechanisms for financial support of investors, is involved in the work on the legislative and regulatory framework, pays great attention to cooperation with the leadership of the regions and various departments in order to optimize the process of restoring historical heritage and reduce administrative barriers, taking into account all the subtleties of this area," commented the First Deputy Director General of DOM.Russian Federation Alexey Nidens. He noted that as part of the program, the company will continue to develop existing and create new tools to attract investors and simplify work with WINDOWS for all participants.

The state-owned company recalled that the heritage.dom.rf platform is already a tool for working with both investors and regional window protection authorities. As part of the further development of the platform's functionality, it is planned to provide the possibility of electronic registration of basic procedures for the preservation of cultural heritage sites, the company noted. Currently, work is underway to legislate the list and specifics of the implementation of such procedures.
