By the end of 2025, Izvestia entered the top five most widely read media on the Zen news platform. Zen analysts told Izvestia about this on December 17.

According to Mediascope, RIA Novosti took the first place in terms of audience in Zen, followed by RBC, Life.ru , Russia Today and Izvestia. Also, for the first time, the brand mention rating was presented, compiled jointly with Brand Analytics, the leaders of which included Ozon, VTB, Samsung Russia, Russian Railways and MAX.

"Zen's monthly audience in 2025 was 73 million people, with 65% of users coming to the platform specifically for news. On average, the daily time spent in Zen reached 26 minutes, and the most popular time for reading the news was Tuesday morning at 08:26. Over the year, the volume of news content on the platform increased by 34%, and more than 1.5 million new authors began publishing materials," the platform's analysts said.

Analysts noted the growing interest in the regional agenda and highlighted noticeable differences in the thematic preferences of residents of cities with a population of one million.
