The call center of the Popular Front named the main topics of appeals for the direct line

As part of their appeals to the call center for the Results of the Year program with Russian President Vladimir Putin, pensioners offer preferential support to older citizens in the housing and communal services sector. This was announced on December 16 by Lyudmila Mironova, co-chairman of the regional branch of the Popular Front in the Vologda region.

"Specifically, pensioners suggest that the article of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation should include the fact that management companies and MFCs automatically see that a person is 80 years old and do not charge for major repairs and never bring them receipts home," she said.

A specialist of the Popular Front with the call sign Magister said that during rehabilitation he helps in processing applications from citizens to a direct line with the head of state in the call center, where people with disabilities and various injuries are also present. At the same time, seven specialists with visual impairments are also involved in processing citizens' complaints.

According to Izvestia correspondent Anton Zolotnitsky, the number of requests from Russians amounted to almost 1.5 million, where 66% of messages were from women and 34% from men.

Kirill Solntsev, an expert on artificial intelligence at Sberbank, also shared that in the GigaChat analytical center, social policy, infrastructure, government and society, and housing became the most popular categories of appeals among citizens. So, within the framework of social policy, the most popular topics are pension provision, family and children, receiving benefits, assistance to the disabled, subsidies and insurance.

In addition, it is noted that GigaChat allows you to process more than 100 requests per minute from various channels, for example, calls, digital service Max, SMS, MMS, and also helps to identify the most popular topics that concern citizens.

Earlier in the day, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Putin was already working with Russians on a direct line. He noted that the existing system allows analyzing appeals almost online.

In addition, on December 11, the call center for the preparation of the direct line of the program "Results of the Year with Russian President Vladimir Putin" recorded almost a million requests from citizens of the country. According to Yulia Belekhova, head of the Committee of Families and Soldiers of the Fatherland, thanks to the work of the call center, citizens will be able to exercise their rights guaranteed by law.
