The Russian Defense Ministry reported many casualties among civilians in the DPR at the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have repeatedly killed civilians of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) with white flags in their hands. This was announced on December 16 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"The victims of the Ukrainian militants have repeatedly been residents of settlements with a white flag in their hands, falling under targeted strikes by Ukrainian drones," the report says.

The ministry also added that in the liberated Krasnoarmeysk of the DPR, Russian servicemen discovered a former control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) used by escaped Ukrainian militants from the Ptakhi Magyara unit.

During the retreat, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters abandoned dozens of radio-controlled FPV drones, ammunition and drone control equipment. The Russian Defense Ministry stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to use force against civilians.

Petr Guy, a captured soldier of the 155th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on November 18 that in Krasnoarmeysk, Ukrainian militants were ordered to change into civilian clothes and open fire on residents trying to leave the city. According to him, military clothing was found in apartments, which were penetrated during looting.
