On December 16, employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) prevented an explosion at the Druzhba oil pipeline site in the Lipetsk region and detained four teenagers.

It is specified that the attackers were supposed to blow up the oil pipeline on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. In addition, minors committed arson attacks on vehicles and power facilities.
