The air defense forces shot down another drone flying to Moscow

Air defense systems destroyed another unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flying to Moscow. This was announced on December 16 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"Another enemy UAV flying to Moscow has been destroyed," he said in a statement on Twitter.

Sobyanin clarified that specialists are working at the crash site of the UAV wreckage.

The main enemy of our air defense fighters are long—range attack drones.

Earlier that day, Sobyanin announced that the air defense forces had destroyed a drone flying towards Moscow. There was no information about casualties or damage on the ground.
