The boundaries of the project will include two sites on different sides of the Staroprokshinsky highway, where a total of 113.7 thousand square meters of real estate are planned to be built, writes NSN. Houses will be built on an area of 2.08 hectares to implement the renovation program, and another 5.52 hectares will be allocated for industrial development. The project will create about 1.3 thousand jobs.
