President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview with Newsmax TV on December 15 that he expects to talk to his American counterpart Donald Trump about Venezuela in the near future.

"I think that in the near future we will be able to discuss this topic (about relations between the United States and Venezuela. — Ed.) to talk with Donald Trump. I'll tell him a lot of interesting things," the BelTA news agency quoted him as saying.
