According to the expert, the EU could make a political gesture by refusing to share intelligence with the United States, but these states themselves have always lived off the data of their American colleagues.

"The Europeans have electronic intelligence, intelligence. But there is no high-tech, such as space exploration. And they are not expected to have such technologies in the near future. They have always relied on the United States here," Matviychuk concluded.
