The Moscow Center for Youth Parliamentarism and the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) have signed a cooperation agreement. As part of the agreements, two specialized clubs have been created for young people interested in lawmaking and the financial sector. This was reported in the press service of the Department of territorial executive authorities of Moscow.

"The clubs' activities are aimed at developing legislative initiatives: in one, students will prepare regulations in many areas, in the other, they will focus on legislative initiatives in the financial sector. Young Moscow parliamentarians over the age of 18 who are receiving specialized education in the capital's universities are invited to participate," said Sergey Kondratiev, director of the Center for Youth Parliamentarism.

To join one of the clubs, you must become a member of the Moscow Youth Parliament. Detailed information is available on the official website.

"For the HSE Faculty of Law, working with young parliamentarians is an opportunity to support those who seek to participate in the life of the state. Our cooperation will make it possible to contribute to the development of the city. We are ready to share our experience and resources with them, because we see value in their initiatives and views on improving the legal system," said Albina Gadzhieva, First Deputy Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, Director of the HSE Institute for National and Comparative Law Studies, Associate Professor at the HSE Department of Public Law, PhD in Law.

Earlier, the Moscow Youth Parliament jointly with the HSE Faculty of Law launched the project "Legal Literacy". The project covers key aspects of the Russian legal system.
