VTB has announced plans to expand its office network in 2026
VTB continues large-scale development of regional infrastructure, the bank's press service said. In 2026, the bank plans to open and modernize more than 470 offices.
"Despite the active development of remote channels and digital services, we see a steady demand for customer service in the physical network of offices. Customers continue to use this format for significant financial transactions, and our goal is to provide them with maximum comfort and accessibility. This year alone, we are opening and updating a record number of points: if 165 projects were implemented last year, this year it is already 440," said Ruslan Eremenko, member of the VTB Management Board.
As part of the development of the regional office network, the bank is currently commissioning hundreds of thousands of square meters of new space, opening large regional offices in Omsk, Samara, Vladivostok and other cities. The renovated branches of the bank have coffee areas and children's corners, and it is also possible to visit branches with pets.
"The bank opened its first office with a unique design in the Moscow GUM. The shop windows there are stylized as works of classical Russian literature in the style of "VTB is a classic," the VTB press service said, noting that the bank's network today has more than 1,800 branches in all regions of Russia.
