- The call center of the Popular Front told about the collection of appeals for a direct line
The call center for the preparation of the direct line of the program "Results of the Year with Russian President Vladimir Putin", where calls from Russians are received by representatives of the Popular Front, will help solve the problems of various categories of citizens. This was announced on December 15 by Alexander Fadeichev, coordinator of the youth team of the Popular Front in Moscow.
"People who contact the president's direct line make various requests, including wishes where they wish the president good health and long life. In addition, there are problems in different regions, of different categories, that the People's Front will need to solve over the next year, and we, as the youth column of the People's Front, will help solve them," he said.
As Dmitry Sharapov, a veteran of the special military operation (SVO), noted, a large number of emotional calls from Russians are currently being received — this is the complexity of the operators' work. According to him, the staff of the call center needs not only to support the person, but also to understand the essence of his appeal, to formulate it clearly, therefore it is often difficult to single out the most memorable requests.
Sharapov added that each appeal is important in its own way, it will definitely be considered and prioritized in a separate category for this or that appeal.
"Most of the time, I remember congratulations for our president on the upcoming New Year and huge words of gratitude addressed to him, even sometimes they write poetry and perform compositions," said the veteran of the special operation.
On December 11, the call center for the preparation of the direct line of the program "Results of the Year with Russian President Vladimir Putin" recorded almost a million appeals from citizens of the country. According to Yulia Belekhova, head of the Committee of Families and Soldiers of the Fatherland, thanks to the work of the call center, citizens will be able to exercise their rights guaranteed by law.
On December 8, Diana Zlobina, an expert on artificial intelligence (AI), told Izvestia that AI helps in collecting and processing citizens' requests for a direct line. In particular, the tasks of GigaChat include determining the gender of the participants, their age and the subject of its treatment. According to the expert, since the collection of applications, more than 414 thousand applications have already been received from citizens, among them about 66% from women and 34% from men.
The Kremlin's press service announced on December 4 that a combined direct line and a press conference by the President of Russia would be held on December 19 at 12:00 Moscow time.
