In the Tula region, police identified a courier of telephone fraudsters who took more than 2.6 million rubles from three pensioners. The young man was detained.

According to the 20-year-old suspect, he saw an offer for a part-time job in one of the messengers. According to the instructions, he took money from the elderly women and credited it to the account of the "employer", keeping the reward for himself. TSN24 writes about this.

Phone scammers called pensioners and reported possible theft of funds from their accounts. The older women agreed to transfer the money to be credited to a "secure" account.

In the Lipetsk region, a criminal case on fraud for 12 million rubles has been submitted to the court. A 33-year-old man convinced his friends to transfer money to him, ostensibly to invest in a joint business. At the same time, lichpanin had neither the intention nor the ability to pay income to the victims.
