In the Tula region, police identified a courier of telephone fraudsters who took more than 2.6 million rubles from three pensioners. The young man was detained.

Phone scammers called pensioners and reported possible theft of funds from their accounts. The older women agreed to transfer the money to be credited to a "secure" account.
