Schools sent to distance learning in Noyabrsk

In Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), full-time education was canceled in all schools and sections. This is due to the high incidence of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI).

According to the <url> news agency, distance learning will last until December 31. Classes in schools are conducted in an online format. The work of additional education institutions, including music schools, art schools, sections and clubs, has been suspended.

Rospotrebnadzor also decided to cancel mass events with the participation of children, which were planned to be held indoors. Such measures are taken to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

According to the results of last week, the incidence of influenza exceeds the threshold values in 17 regions of Russia. The most common type of infection is A (H3N2). Schoolchildren mostly suffer from the flu.
