In Rostov-on-Don, a local emergency regime has been introduced in the territories where the fall of the wreckage of the drone (UAV) was recorded. This was announced on December 15 by the mayor Alexander Scriabin.

"A decision has been made: to introduce a local emergency regime within the boundaries of the area where damage was caused after the UAV crash; to organize the work of the operational headquarters and commissions to assess the damage; to organize a bypass to assess and fix the damage," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
