Over the Belgorod region, air defense systems destroyed aerial targets

Air defense systems destroyed several aerial targets in the skies over Belgorod and the Belgorod region. This was announced on December 15 by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

"Our air defense system has been activated over Belgorod and the Belgorod region — aerial targets have been shot down. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," the message says.

He added that information about the consequences is currently being clarified.

Earlier in the day, Gladkov reported damage to engineering infrastructure after a missile strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Belgorod. The governor stressed that none of the residents were injured.
