Composer Levon Oganezov died at the age of 85.

The famous composer and pianist Levon Oganezov passed away, he was 84 years old. This was stated on December 14 in a farewell message from his family on the composer's Facebook page (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).

"For many fans, he will forever remain a virtuoso musician with sparkling humor. For us, he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great—grandfather and best friend," the publication says.
