A group of 13 snowmobilers disappeared in the Oslyanka area — after going camping in the Sverdlovsk region, they never returned to the base. This was announced on December 14 by a source of Izvestia.

It is noted that the attempts to search for snowmobilers carried out today were unsuccessful. The marking of sectors, the general communication wave, the distribution of groups and the need for centralized management are discussed.

According to eyewitnesses, the group could climb to the top along an already laid path in the Kurumnaya River area — there is reason to believe that they really were on the mountain. It is still unknown where they could have gone next.

Earlier in November, it became known about the discovery of three injured tourists who fell off a slope in the Mahara Gorge. It was clarified that a tourist group of five people was heading to the Mahara Gorge, three of them fell off the icy slope. In addition, tourists did not register with the Ministry of Emergency Situations before the hike. Two tourists suffered traumatic brain injuries. The third victim had knee injuries.

Later, the tourists were discovered at an altitude of about 2,900 m. The injured were taken to a helicopter and transported to a campsite at the foot of the gorge, where they were handed over to doctors.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
