The contribution of Ukrainians and Europeans to the documents on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine is unlikely to be constructive. This was announced on December 14 by Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

Ushakov added that the settlement of the conflict according to the "Korean scenario", when the demilitarized zone between South Korea and the DPRK was created, had never been discussed.
