Presenter Clarkson banned Labour MPs from visiting his pub because of taxes
On December 13, British TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson banned all MPs from the ruling Labour Party from visiting his pub due to dissatisfaction with the tax increase.
"To be clear, I have banned all MPs from the Labour Party from entering my pub," Clarkson wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
The TV presenter made an exception only for MP Marcus Campbell Savors, who was expelled from the Labor faction last week after voting against the government budget.
On June 8, Clarkson said that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer was trying to look belligerent, but he was failing. According to the TV presenter, the prospect of Starmer remaining as prime minister for another four years is alarming to him.
