Dolina postponed the deadline for the sale of the apartment by 10 days

Singer Larisa Dolina postponed the date of signing the main contract for the sale of her apartment by ten days. This was reported on December 14 by RIA Novosti with reference to the case file.

"An additional agreement was concluded between Dolina L.A. and Lurie P.A. to the preliminary contract of sale of real estate dated June 10, 2024, according to which the deadline for concluding the main contract of sale was changed to June 20, 2024," the materials say.

According to the documents, the initiative for the transfer came from Dolina, which sent the buyer an additional agreement.

The scandal surrounding Dolina's apartment occurred due to the sale of real estate and its subsequent return to the singer's ownership. Svetlana Sviridenko, the lawyer of the buyer of Polina Lurie's apartment, said on December 8 that at the time of the transaction there was no doubt about the sanity of the actress. On the same day, it became known that Dolina, in her lawsuit against the buyer of the apartment, stated that she had not shown reasonable care in concluding the transaction.

On December 5, Lurie rejected Dolina's proposal for a settlement agreement related to the fraud case as unacceptable. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider the dispute over Dolina's apartment on December 16. The materials of the singer's civil case were transferred to the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for consideration.
