The average salary expectations of Russians for 2026 are about 215 thousand rubles per month, with the highest requests recorded from employees in the IT sector, trade and marketing. We managed to get acquainted with such data on December 14 in a study of the <url> service.

"Russians have shared their salary expectations for 2026, and on average they would like to receive 214,900 rubles per month. At the same time, representatives from IT, the Internet and telecom expressed the highest expectations, naming the amount of 270 thousand rubles. Retail and trade specialists are aiming for an income of 251 thousand rubles, and those employed in marketing and advertising — for 231 thousand rubles," according to the materials available to RIA Novosti.
