On December 13, the Winter Wizards Festival at the Rossiya National Center featured a production based on the legends of wizards from Karelia — Pakkain, Talvi Ukko and Halla. The footage of the event is published by Izvestia.

According to Pakkine, he is one of the youngest winter wizards. The hero from Olonets travels around Karelia and sells magical items.

"With us? in the city of Olonets, where I am from, Pakkain, winter competitions are held every year among all comers. This is about how we celebrate the New Year with contests," he shared in an interview with Izvestia.

Magicians from all over Russia are invited to the festival. According to the leading Magician, representatives of Buryatia, Chuvashia and North Ossetia have already visited the "Winter Wizards".

"The most important thing is to celebrate it (New Year. — Ed.), with those people who are close to you. <...> It doesn't matter where, it doesn't matter how, the main thing is that only your loved ones are with you," said the Magician.

In November, the annual All-Russian action "Wish Tree", which has been uniting Russians for seven years, started at the Rossiya National Center. According to the All—Russian Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug, the event is a real New Year's miracle that has become a bridge between those people who need any help and those people who are willing to sincerely provide any possible help. Russian President Vladimir Putin also took part in the action. According to tradition, he chose three postcard balls with children's New Year's wishes, which he will fulfill.
