President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has decided to pardon 123 citizens of several countries, the Telegram channel Pool One, close to the Belarusian leader, reported on December 13.

"The Head of State has decided to pardon 123 citizens of various countries convicted under the laws of the Republic of Belarus for committing crimes of various kinds — espionage, terrorist and extremist activities," the message says.
