The WSJ reported on the operation of US special forces on a ship from China to Iran

In November, American special forces conducted an operation on a merchant ship en route from China to Iran and seized the cargo on board. This was reported on December 12 in The Wall Street Journal, citing sources.

According to the newspaper, US special forces soldiers boarded a ship off the coast of Sri Lanka. Sources claim that dual-use goods were on board, which, according to American intelligence, were intended for Iranian companies involved in the purchase of components for Tehran's missile program.

The WSJ also reported that after the cargo was confiscated, the ship was allowed to continue its route.
