A visa-free regime agreement has entered into force between Russia and Jordan.
The intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Jordan on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for citizens of both countries comes into force on December 13. The document was signed in Moscow on August 20.
In August, the foreign ministers of Russia and Jordan, Sergey Lavrov and Ayman al-Safadi, agreed on an agreement that eliminates the need for visas for citizens of the two countries, RIA Novosti reported.
