The air temperature in Moscow will range from -3 to -5 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to -8.

In the Moscow region it will be from -2 to -7 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to -10 degrees.

Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Service's crisis Management Department, said on December 8 that changeable weather with noticeable temperature fluctuations is expected in Moscow this week. The temperature background will generally remain above the climatic norm and will correspond to the November figures, but the weather will be unstable.
