Falkov reported a fourfold increase in the participants of the Techpred-2025 forum

The IV All-Russian Forum of Technological Entrepreneurship "Techpred-2025" was held in Russia. The December 12 footage is published by Izvestia.

"Compared to 2022, the number of participants, including young entrepreneurs, investors, and university representatives, has increased fourfold to 2,000 people," said Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

He also noted that over the three years of the platform's operation, almost 5,000 startups were registered within its framework, with total revenue exceeding 2.8 billion rubles.

Deputy Head, Secretariat of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Anthony Schwindt noted that the development of entrepreneurial initiatives, including among young people, is one of the priorities outlined by Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the state consistently expands opportunities for creative activity of citizens of all ages.

"So, this year the sixth wave of the Student Startup competition selection took place. 2.5 thousand winners from Russia and other countries, including Egypt, India and Syria, are implementing their business ideas thanks to a grant of 1 million rubles for each project," Schwindt said.

The All-Russian Entrepreneurship lesson was held on October 21 in schools across the country. Alexey Nechaev, head of the New People faction in the State Duma, noted that Russia has set a course towards becoming a technological and moral leader of the world. During the All-Russian entrepreneurship lesson, participants shared their team's project ideas.
