We are talking about a legal dispute over Dolina's apartment: in the spring of 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow recognized the artist's ownership of housing, finding that the transaction was made under the influence of fraudsters. Recently, Dolina publicly apologized to Lurie on a TV show and declared her willingness to return the money, specifying that she does not have the necessary amount now. Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko said that the singer offered to return 112 million rubles in installments for three years without compensation for losses, but Lurie did not accept such conditions and insists on either a full refund or the transfer of housing. The case is to be considered by the Supreme Court.
