A large educational complex will be built in Kommunarka

The investor will build a large educational complex in the Kommunarka district of the capital. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the MACH messenger.

The facility is being built as part of a residential complex on the shore of Ivanovsky Pond. The building, which will house a kindergarten for 200 children and a school for 1,275, will resemble a catamaran ship.

The kindergarten block is equipped with music and physical education halls, a medical center, and classrooms for individual, additional, and developmental classes.

Students will have access to gyms and event areas, as well as universal and specialized classrooms. In addition, there are plans to equip laboratory and research complexes with mini—pools to study the features of ship traffic.

After commissioning, the Korabelka complex will become part of the city's education system. There will be playgrounds and sports areas on the territory adjacent to the building.

Currently, over 30 educational facilities are under construction in the TiNAO, 13 of them in the Kommunarka district.
