Ushakov responded to Zelensky's words about the referendum on Donbass

Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that the whole of Donbass belongs to Russia, commenting on the proposal of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on a referendum. He informed the journalist Alexander Yunashev about this on December 12.

"The whole part of Donbass is Russian," he was quoted as saying on the journalist's Telegram channel.

He also recalled that the region's affiliation is enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
